Do you offer refunds?
Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie and swimwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. We encourage you to double-check sizing and product details before completing your order.
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
While we don’t accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues, we want you to love your Booette order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will be happy to review and assist.
Can I exchange for another size or color?
